Why was my credit card charged if I don't have the product?
All online purchases at Bachrach.com place an authorized hold on your card in the amount of your purchase to secure the funds. This is not a charge, it is an authorization to release the funds once we ship the product. Authorizations drop off your card and the money is put back in your account if your order is not filled or canceled. Contact your local bank for details on how long it takes for authorizations to drop off your account.
