How to Pay Using a Bachrach Gift Card

Need help using your gift card or gift certificate to pay for an online purchase?

My gift card amount is LESS THAN the total of my order
My gift card amount is GREATER THAN the total of my order


How to use your Bachrach Gift Card when the amount of your gift card is less than the total of your order:
  1. Under Payment Information, for Type of Card, choose Gift Card from the drop down menu

  2. Name on Card: Enter your full name

  3. Card Number: Enter the 6 digit number on your gift card / gift certificate

  4. Amount: Replace the total amount due with the dollar amount of your Gift Card (ex. 25.00)

  5. Click on the Apply to Order button

  6. Go back up to the Payment Information section and for Type of Card, choose a card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus, or another Gift Card) to pay the remaining balance.

  7. Complete any necessary blank fields including Name on Card, Card Number, and Expiration Date (if applicable).

  8. The Amount field should already be filled out with the remaining balance due for the order

  9. Click on the Apply to Order button

  10. Once you see the big colored box that says "All necessary payment has been applied", your remaining balance should be zero and you can now click on the > Check Out button to complete your order.


How to use your Bachrach Gift Card when the amount of your gift card is greater than the total of your order:

  1. Under Payment Information, for Type of Card, choose Gift Card from the drop down menu

  2. Name on Card: Enter your full name

  3. Card Number: Enter the 6 digit number on your gift card / gift certificate

  4. Amount: The amount due should already be entered for you. No need to change it since it should be less than the total amount of your Gift Card.

  5. Click on the Apply to Order button

  6. Once you see the big colored box that says "All necessary payment has been applied", your remaining balance should be zero and you can now click on the > Check Out button to complete your order.

  7. * Any unused portion of your Gift Card will be reissued and mailed to you as a new Gift Card.
