We always hope that you enjoy our product as we strive to give you the best experience possible. But in case you don't, we will work with you to get the best product to you.


Holiday Season Returns

  • Any purchases made from December 1, 2016 to December 26, 2016 are eligible for refunds or exchanges until January 14, 2017. The conditions below (other than the day duration) still apply.


General Return Policy

  • You have up to 15 days to ask for an exchange or refund after you have received your package (clearance / final sale items have a separate policy, please read below). After we have received your package, we will ship the exchange or issue the refund within 5-7 business days. The merchandise will need to be in its original unworn/unused condition and with tags. Worn, laundered, or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Clearance and final sale item returns are only available for store credit. Due to the limited inventory in our clearance merchandise, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
  • Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable.
  • Please note that your return is your responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost packages when you ship the products back to us. In the case that the package is lost or damaged, you will be responsible to filing a claim with the parcel service as Bachrach is not able to file the claim on your behalf.
  • We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee if the return is in an unsellable conditions, has been worn/washed, or doesn't include original packaging and tag.

Store Returns

  • Online customer service representatives cannot accept in-store purchases for refund or exchange. Please contact the store location that you purchased from.


  • Once we have received your package, we will inspect the condition of the product and issue the refund to you within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank to process the payment.
Store Credit & Rewards
  • Store Credit & Rewards issued on may only be used on They cannot be used on
  • Rewards points are reedemable after 300 points ($30) in accumulation.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-transferrable and there are no refunds.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Please fill out the contact information form below. Choose “Returns & Exchange” in the Department drop down. FIll out a brief explanation in the comment box with the reason for the return and whether you would like a store credit, refund, or exchange. We usually respond to emails within 12-24 hours. However, if there is an office holiday or a backlog of queries, please allow up to 2 business days.
  • An RMA number will be emailed to you. Please write the RMA number on the package or box in which the merchandise is being sent back in.

Sale Adjustments Policy

  • Unless otherwise stated with individual promotional disclaimers, Bachrach will offer a one-time price adjustment credit for any price changes that occur within 14 days from the date that your merchandise has either shipped from our warehouse, (online and catalog orders) or purchased in our stores. For an adjustment on store purchases, please bring your receipt into one of our stores.
