The average time for your order to be processed and shipped out is 1-3 business days. There might be a delay in your shipment due to high order volume, holidays, or weather exceptions. If you do not have tracking information after 3 business days, please feel free to contact us. Please check your order page or email first to see if you did not receive any notifications.
We do our best to ship all items in one shipping package whenever possible. However, Bachrach often ships parts of the same order from different warehouses and stores at different times. This shipping practice may mean that you will receive two or more packages even though you only placed one order. This allows us to ship each individual item as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your items ship.
If you see multiple charges, it can be either that your card declined due to insufficient funds or the order had the wrong billing address. The "pending" charge you see will automatically be dropped by your bank or credit card company in 1-2 business days.

If you see separate charges, please note that we only charge you for the items that ship out. Because we ship from multiple locations, you might see a charge on one day and the rest on another. You will never be charged more than the order amount.
