We do our best to ship all items from your order in one package from one location. It is possible that older items will need to be shipped from separate locations. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but it is our goal to provide you with your package in as quick a manner as possible. When items need to be located from our brick and mortar stores, the time of delivery may exceed our 1-5 business day policy after the 1-2 day processing time. If this does occur, we will email you with a coupon for 50% off any one item. Shipping on all orders over $99 are free. If your order does not exceed $99 there will be a $7.95 flat fee.

Shipping to Another Address

Protecting our clients from fraud is of the highest priority at Bachrach. When we see a different shipping address from billing address, we will take the time to investigate the order. Delivery Options

Bachrach takes responsibility for all packages until they are delivered. We require all packages to be signed for in order to protect our customers from possible theft. If you would like to waive this service, please use our Contact Us page on If the service is waived, once the item is shown delivered it will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
