We do our best to ship all items from your order in one package from one location. It is possible that older items will need to be shipped from separate locations. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but it is our goal to provide you with your package in as quick a manner as possible. When items need to be located from our brick and mortar stores, the time of delivery may exceed our 1-5 business day policy after the 2-3 day processing time. Due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 12 business days. Shipping on all orders over $99 are free.

Shipping to Another Address

Protecting our clients from fraud is of the highest priority at Bachrach. When we see a different shipping address from billing address, we will take the time to investigate the order. Delivery Options

Bachrach takes responsibility for all packages until they are delivered. Once the item is displayed as "delivered," it will be the customers' responsibility to file a claim with USPS for any further issues. Thank you for your understanding.
